IT System Support Specialist

You will work closely with the client's IT team to ensure seamless system performance and minimal downtime. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support for IT infrastructure issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime.
• Document and maintain IT support records.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT system support.
• Proficient in using ITIL framework and best practices.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Experience with IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
