🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving sales performance.
• Strong knowledge of retail software and systems, including SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
