As a Digital Printing Machine Technician, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of our digital printing machines. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that our equipment is running efficiently and producing high-quality prints. This role requires a deep understanding of digital printing technology, including knowledge of software such as EFI Fiery, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard tools. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior technicians, ensuring that our team remains at the forefront of digital printing technology.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily maintenance and calibration of digital printing machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with printing equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
• Monitor and maintain print quality, ensuring that all prints meet the required specifications.
• Work with the production team to optimize printing processes and improve efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, ensuring that our team remains proficient in the latest digital printing technology.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of our printing operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital printing technology, with a strong background in maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as EFI Fiery, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of digital printing processes, including offset, flexo, and gravure printing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a printing environment.
• Ability to travel to client sites and work on-site as needed.
