📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning and heating units.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, using diagnostic tools and software.
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide excellent customer service and support.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in HVAC technology.
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Provide technical support and training to less experienced team members.
Participate in continuous professional development and certification programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician, with a focus on air conditioning systems.
Certification as an HVAC Technician or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with industry-standard HVAC systems, such as Bryant Trane, Carrier, and Daikin.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel and work in various locations within the Jabodetabek area.
