📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety and health programs to ensure a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Leverage advanced safety technologies such as SAP and other relevant software to enhance safety management.
• Foster a safety culture within the organization and encourage continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
• Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety Professional (OSH Professional) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the poultry or food processing industry.
• Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in using SAP and other relevant safety management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address safety issues.
