📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
• Manage and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Implement and monitor energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address any issues or hazards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive facility maintenance records and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the facility supports the company's operational goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on maintenance and operations.
• Proficient in using facilities management software such as IBM Maximo, SAP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in energy management or sustainability is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
