📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including exhibit maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep.
• Manage a team of staff, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and implement conservation programs to protect marine life.
• Monitor and maintain health and safety protocols for both staff and visitors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Plan and execute special events and exhibitions.
• Provide leadership and support to the team to achieve operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Marine Biology, Environmental Science, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the marine life or aquarium industry.
• Proven experience in operations management, team leadership, and customer service.
• Strong knowledge of aquarium operations, including exhibit design, animal care, and conservation practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, project management tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
