Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement learning and development programs that align with Erajaya's strategic goals.
• Develop and deliver training workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design customized learning solutions.
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback to continuously improve.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Manage and mentor a team of learning and development specialists.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Cornerstone.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in learning and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
