As an Accountant at PERSOL, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and financial analysis. Your daily tasks will involve working with various stakeholders, including clients, employees, and internal teams, to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial support to various departments as needed.
• Participate in financial audits and reviews as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
