📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of padel facilities in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Manage and train a team of coaches, staff, and partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of all padel courts and facilities.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle scheduling, court bookings, and customer service inquiries.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote and grow our padel venues.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the sports or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Familiarity with padel operations and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using operational management software such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
