📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for products and services.,Collaborate with engineers and other technical teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Edit and proofread documentation to ensure clarity and correctness.,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing.,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of training materials and manuals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical writing tools (e.g.MadCap FlareAdobe FrameMakerConfluence).Markdown and HTML.User experience (UX) design principles.Basic understanding of software development processes.Project management tools (e.g.JiraTrello).Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
