The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of interior design projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and installation of interior design projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.,Inspect and approve all construction and installation work to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.,Manage and mentor a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to complete their tasks to the highest standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project activities, including schedules, budgets, and materials.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the workplace is safe and compliant.,Attend site meetings and provide regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction or interior design industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of workers.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.,Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.,Ability to travel frequently to different project sites.
