Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies that will help the company grow and succeed.,Work closely with the management team to ensure that all goals and objectives are met.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement training programs for employees to ensure that they are up-to-date on the latest best practices and procedures.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is a safe and healthy environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong background in process improvement and lean management principles.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other business management software is a plus.
