📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform a wide range of laboratory tests with accuracy and precision.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of laboratory equipment and maintain records of maintenance.
  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure accurate results.
  • Prepare and analyze specimens for various diagnostic tests.
  • Document and report test results to healthcare providers.
  • Assist in quality control and quality assurance processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
  • Certification in relevant laboratory techniques (e.g., hematology, chemistry, microbiology).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
