Cloud Root Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team in Palopo. As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess job satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.,Manage the employee benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.,Collaborate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources to ensure the company remains competitive.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's strategic HR plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and local language (Indonesian).,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of achieving HR goals and objectives.
