In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our database systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain database systems, including Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.,Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.,Implement and enforce database security policies and procedures.,Develop and execute database backup and recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability.,Collaborate with development teams to design and implement database solutions that meet business requirements.,Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.,Conduct regular database audits and performance tuning to optimize system performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in database administration and support roles.,In-depth knowledge of database management systems, including Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, or other relevant certifications are a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
