📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve campaign goals,Manage and coordinate events, including planning, logistics, and execution,Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors,Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to the sales team,Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional content,Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or event management,Proven track record of success in sales and events campaigns,Strong knowledge of travel and tourism industry,Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
