📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure cost efficiency and availability of ingredients.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and providing excellent service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience with inventory management and procurement.,Understanding of marketing and sales strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and financial management software.
