📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the R&D team to develop and improve food products.,Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization.,Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product development.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.,Manage budgets and resources for R&D activities.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance product quality and innovation.,Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the R&D team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in R&D management in the food manufacturing industry.,Proven track record of successful product development and innovation.,Strong understanding of food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with project management and budgeting.
