📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training needs are met.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
