📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Create user guides, API documentation, and release notes,Review and edit technical content for clarity and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related role,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, etc.),Experience with API documentation is a plus,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
