Shop Store Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers with a friendly and professional manner.,Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services.,Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records.,Assist in managing the store's inventory and restocking as needed.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer experiences.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.,Assist in any other tasks as assigned by the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using basic office software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and software.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
