📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.,Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability.,Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and collaboration platforms.
