📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and guests.,Ensure the banquet hall is prepared for events, including setting up and cleaning up after events.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about the event and the banquet hall.,Work closely with the event coordinator to ensure all event details are met and exceeded.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet hall, ensuring it is ready for the next event.,Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages for events, if required.,Keep accurate records of event details, guest lists, and any other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Flexible and adaptable to changing event plans and schedules.
