📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the company

Ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency

Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and individuals

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients

Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the team

Ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe and secure manner

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices

Excellent leadership and management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Familiarity with relevant software and tools
