📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Coordinate with management to address HR issues.,Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management systems and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
