As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing our cash register operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.,Monitor inventory levels and alert management of low stock.,Train and mentor junior cashiers on best practices and procedures.,Handle cash deposits and ensure accurate financial records.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized cashier area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a retail or hospitality environment.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications are a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
