📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier operations to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Monitor cash handling and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and financial reports.,Ensure the cashier area is clean and well-organized at all times.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.,Participate in inventory management and stock control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Proven experience in managing cashier operations and teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.,Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in business or finance are a plus.
