📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of banquet events.,Ensure that all banquet operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the banquet area.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available for events.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to banquet services.,Assist in the development and implementation of banquet policies and procedures.,Monitor banquet budgets and ensure that all expenses are within approved limits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local regulations and standards for event management.,Familiarity with banquet equipment and supplies.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
