📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and software applications.,Document and maintain IT policies and procedures.,Work with the IT team to plan and implement IT projects and upgrades.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.,Familiarity with common software applications, including Microsoft Office, web browsers, and email clients.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
