📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in organizing and participating in employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Help with the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents and communications.,Assist in the coordination of HR events and activities, such as team-building exercises and company celebrations.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Strong interest and knowledge in the field of Human Resources.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
