📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock replenishment to meet customer demand.,Train and mentor staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular outlet audits to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven ability to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Experience with hybrid work models is a plus.
