Bahagia Tono Restaurant is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, with a strong background in managing staff and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Experience in budgeting and financial management is a plus.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is essential.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
