📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and food safety.,Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food service.,Create and implement menus that align with customer preferences and dietary needs.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Collaborate with the management team to improve kitchen operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local culinary trends and preferences.,Valid food handler's certificate and other relevant certifications.

🛠️ Keahlian

Culinary expertise in Indonesian and international cuisines.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Experience with POS systems and kitchen management software.Knowledge of cost control and budgeting.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
