Hotel Adi Spareparts is seeking a dynamic and passionate Brand Ambassador to join our team in Seminyak. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store and online responsibilities to promote our brand and engage with our customers. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, creative, and has a strong understanding of digital marketing.

In this role, you will be the face of our brand, representing our products and services to both online and offline audiences. Your primary goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and build a loyal customer base.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Promote our brand and products through various social media platforms.
  • Engage with our online and offline customer base to build brand loyalty.
  • Assist in in-store promotions and events to enhance customer experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to improve our marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for our brand.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    <p>To be successful in this roleyou should have a strong command of social media platformsa keen eye for detailand the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be comfortable with public speaking and have a good sense of humor. Previous experience in the automotive or retail industry is a plus.</p>
