📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR manager in various HR projects and tasks.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
