Town Point Pratama is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Pademangan, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Coordinate training and development programs,Manage payroll and benefits administration,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Support the HR team in special projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,1-3 years of experience in HR generalist or related roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration,Proven track record of managing employee relations and resolving conflicts
