📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor inventory levels and order fulfillment to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction with the distribution process.,Analyze distribution data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards related to logistics.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
