📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock taking, and order picking.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain high standards of efficiency and accuracy.Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise in the warehouse.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.Willingness to travel and work in different shifts as needed.Lowongan Terkait
