Berkah Indra Auto Service is looking for a dedicated Assistant Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the purchasing department in various tasks, including procurement, vendor management, and inventory control. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for automotive parts and supplies, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement of automotive parts and supplies.,Maintain and update inventory records.,Coordinate with vendors for pricing, delivery, and quality assurance.,Prepare purchase orders and invoices.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.,Assist in the preparation of purchase reports and analyses.,Support in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with suppliers.,Assist in the organization and management of purchasing documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in purchasing or a related field.,Familiarity with automotive parts and supplies.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
