📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans.,Support the marketing team in managing and executing marketing campaigns.,Conduct market research and gather relevant data to inform marketing decisions.,Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.,Assist in managing the company's social media presence and engagement.,Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing analytics tools is a plus.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
