PULSE Abadi is looking for an Assistant Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory processes, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting the warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in inventory management within a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update inventory records accurately and efficiently.,Perform regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.,Assist in the management of warehouse operations and processes.,Support the inventory team in implementing inventory control systems and procedures.,Collaborate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth inventory flow.,Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and analysis.,Participate in inventory audits and quality control processes.,Provide support to the inventory manager in any other duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or related roles.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
