📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of office facilities, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.,Oversee administrative operations, including office supplies, travel arrangements, and event planning.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Develop and implement strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity.,Provide guidance and support to junior staff members in the General Affairs department.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of office management and administrative procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations is a plus.
