📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit hospitals and clinics to promote pharmaceutical products and build relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Educate doctors, nurses, and other medical staff about the benefits and uses of our products.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
• Provide regular reports to the sales manager on market conditions and product performance.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to network with industry peers and learn about new products and trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
