📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive safety and health programs to ensure a safe work environment.
Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards.
Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
Leverage advanced safety technologies such as SAP and other relevant software to enhance safety management.
Foster a safety culture within the organization and encourage continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety Professional (OSH Professional) or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the poultry or food processing industry.
Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
Proficient in using SAP and other relevant safety management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address safety issues.
